I Can See Clearly Now

With today being the first day of a new month, there are all kinds of amazing new things that have been released today! In fact, most of what I’m wearing came from events that opened today. This t-shirt, shorts, and belt are from Deadwool at the Monsieur Chic event. Monsieur Chic features a great mix of new releases and limited-edition items. This shirt is a new standard release, but this belt and these shorts are part of the limited-edition set (which also includes a different shirt). Only 100 of these are available, so if you want them for yourself, you have to head to the event soon!

This hair is brand new from Modulus for Swag Bag. For a long time now, ladies have had the opportunity to buy monthly subscription boxes that include items from a variety of different creators. Swag Bag is the first (as far as I know) for men! For those of us who subscribed last month, 14 of the 15 items were delivered today (the 15th has some technical issues with the distribution system). If you didn’t buy it in advance, it’s available tomorrow at their store.

These shoes are brand new from [Gos], and feature appliers from a few different items from their machine at The Gacha Garden. I love that you can mix and match the appliers for the tops of the shoes, shoe tongue, sole, and laces (along with a couple of options for the eyelets and the front part of the shoe), rather than just changing the whole shoe at once.

Captured By An Elf

A few weeks ago, a photographer whose work I really enjoyed approached me and asked if I’d be interested in collaborating on a photo shoot with him. Today, Static Frenzy (click his name for a link to his Flickr, NSFW) and I got together and did a series of fantasy-inspired photos with him as an elf that captured me, a satyr. In the photo here on my blog, he is standing guard outside the cell that he has thrown me into. We also did some more adult photos, some of which will be posted on our Flickr photostreams soon.

In this post, I’m wearing some great new faun legs from [Gauze&Trap] that are at their main store, as well as a great vine wreath on my head from Persefona that is available at Cosmopolitan. The incredible cage that I’m trapped in is new from Pucca Firecaster Creations at We ❤ Roleplay. We were lucky that it came out just in time for this photo, because it’s perfect. Shade on the Beach

I really love spending time on the beach in Second Life, as you can probably tell from my blog. This new sheltered lounger from Di’Cor (available at Whimsical) is gorgeous and has some great animations in it. I also want to highlight this new tentacle bracelet from Ama., which is available right now at Cosmopolitan. It comes with a HUD that changes it to a few different metal types. Waiting For Some Lover To Call

We’ve already established on the blog that I love gachas, but I also love wine both in my first and second lives, so when I saw this outdoor wine storage set from BackBone at Cosmopolitan last week, I knew that I had to have it and that I absolutely needed to photograph it. I’ve had the song “Hot Stuff” by Donna Summer stuck in my head all day today, so the photo morphed into something inspired by the song.

I’ve really been loving [Deadwool] lately, and their henley shirts at U L T R A are no exception. I think I’ll be getting a lot of wear out of these over the summer and into the fall. There are all kinds of other new items in this photo, with full credits just below.
